Brutal Flood!: Sailor Sapphire puts her hands together like she is praying and moves it up, she then splits them apart and brings her hands backwards and then claps her hands that release a giant wave flooding the area and hurting the target.

Bio:

Sailor Sapphire was the second senshi found in the rainbow gem senshi team. She was a exchange student from Japan. She was walking home when suddenly a dark season senshi attack her for her soul. She soon found out her real identity and transformed into Sailor Sapphire. She lived on a planet outside the solar system in her past life, on a planet that was soo peaceful.
