Best Website Design: It's a little graphics-heavy, but I think it works. Too many sites let graphic-based backgrounds totally interfere with the text, and this site manages to work them in well, a tricky thing to do.

Best Personal Site Banner Design: This was the hardest award to pick because everyone's banners for their site were wonderful for different reasons. I do really like the fading animation of this banner and the reasonable size of it, even if it takes a bit extra loading time.

Best Website Content Award: Gotta give credit to Rowan - she's put a lot of herself into this site. The pet pages are especially touching and the fanart is unique. You're not going to find any standard character profiles here.
