Bio:
Arashi was born on the Cestial Land, the daughter of a king and NeoQueen, Rivera. Supplied with funds from her father, the two lived in good standards on the Celestial Land. Arashi grew up into a normal teenage girl. However, her life of normalcy was shattered when a kidnapper fled with her towards NeoEarth and erased her memories. She grew up cutting herself until her gaurdian Panther, Posidien, made her realize her Senshi abilities. Sailor Tempest awoke and resurfaced. Arashi\'s Knight, Storm Knight, fled to her and both fight side by side.
