Sailor Dusk's Powers:

Dusk Shimmer Revel!: She focuses, a ball of roiling energy in her cupped hands, she raises her hands above her. It shows a close up of her hands, her holding a miniature sunset, her hands the horizon. Dusk brings her cupped hands to her breast and throws her arms wide, the sun spinning spitting out shafts of violet light and engulfing the enemy.
Sunset Fan!: She spreads her arms, scrawling in the air with her sceptre, leaving blurs of energy in the form of a peacock like tail above her head. She makes a final great sweeping in the air with her sceptre and the roiling tsunami bears down on the enemy.
Runes of Altair!: Her final attack. She stands silent, against a starry back ground that swirls slowly around her. With her head bowed, she walk slowly chanting softly and writing barely visible runes in the air above her. Still walking, as the enemy stands bewildered at what she is doing. Finally she stands before them, and looks them in the eyes.  She raises her Stave vertically into the air, as she glows vividly. A scar of blue lighting scorches the night sky, running up and down the sceptre. Dusk murmurs, "The soul, the heart, the mind be one, So let it be written, so let it be done." The enemy screams, realising what she has done and makes a grab for the Stave, it fails. She stabs the staff into the earth, a resounding thud and all is engulfed in bright sunset light. The enemy is defeated, Dusk is dead.

Bio:

Jace is your average Australian girl raised basically in nowhere. Jace is not a social person. Brash, crude, and arrogant, you wouldn't want to be locked in a room with her for any length of time. She's a firm believer in Murphy's Law, anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. She hates almost everybody, but isn't one of the dark mysterious types. She hates those too. She loves birds, she has always wanted to fly, which has given rise to her Veterinarian Nurse Trainership, almost complete before she was whisked over to Japan. She is smart-alecky, and takes punishment as it comes with a snot-nosed reply to suit it. Plus, she's a little schizo, as the story goes on, she has to deal with her former life, Zeffire whom she hates passionately, also inhabiting the body, so you may see her yelling at herself. This only happens when she is in Sailor form, as Zeffire never impinges on real life.

Hundreds of years before the silver millennium, on a small planet within the Aquilla constellation, rotates a tiny planet around its largest star, Altair. There was Zeffire, Jace's former incarnation. That is, until the day the great Sorceress, Atropos, came to Kyneema and chose her as the apprentice to a great power. She wasn't a Sailor Scout, harbourer of great powers, she was a channel through which it flowed for her starseed didn't glitter, her's was hollow. It was not her job to destroy evil, but to balance it. A negotiator of the stars, to live forever unchanged by time. She consorted with both the Negaverse and the Moon Kingdom, trusted, and yet not, by both. She lived through the Silver Millenium, the Present, and until a little after the Dark Moon Kingdom a complete history will be written sacrificing her life for the greater good, yada yada.

She was then reborn into the present. When she was 17 she was swimming in the local water hole when she first witnessed that there was a little more to life then bitching about everything. On the way home, a little bemused, when an eagle swooped down and told her she was Dusk, the balancer of good and evil. Passing it off as a hallucination, she ignored him and kept biking. After a day or two of bugging her she still refused to believe, until her revealed that her friends Sumalee and Jess were Scouts/Soldiers too. He shoved em through a portal, and there they were in Japan, searching for a needle to sew together a rip in reality.

Sailor Earth has yet to appear in a fanfiction.
