Ghostly Soul Typhoon!: She cups her hands and says that power attack name. Spirits fly
around and gather into a samll typhoon which gets bigger and bigger and faster and faster. When it gets big enough and fast enough she releases her hands outward infront of her and it goes to the opponet.
Guardian Screen!: All the three guardian(senshi) have it to protect SailorCosmic. Its a force field that can only be used only when needed..

Bio:

Present: She lived in a small town in Japan. Once her father got a raise, they moved down to Tokyo where they could start a new life. Her mother was a homemaker and her father was a small business man, but now a pretty big one now. She lives in a very beautiful home surrounded by her mothers flowers and decorations. She is not such a healthly person. She has physical abilities like Hotaru that she can not accomplish. Shes also very sick at times.

Past: In the past she was the guardian of Princess Shiroi(Stella) and Emperess Sutera. Always after some had passed away she would send their spirits to the center of the earth so they can be at peace. Thats why in the past they called the her "The Senshi of the Spirits" or "Keeper of The Spirits of the Galaxy".
