HAIR: Blue and up in a odango on one side with a blue braid hanging out of it. It turned grey as she got older, though.

SCHOOL: Schools don't exactly exist at this time
QUEEN OUTFIT: Her dress is just like the outfit worn by Sakura from CardCaptor Sakura when capturing the Create Card, except she has a long, narrow skirt instead of a shorts bottom, and doesn't wear the headband she wore.

Bio:
Sailor MeiSei/Ribbon is the queen of a planet where the people excell in dark forms of energy, magic and just about anything else. This doesn't mean the poeple are evil tho, and most of them are actually very nice. She has no family and isn't really sure of where she or her planet came from and ascended the throne at the young age of 12 during the Golden Millenium. Unfortunatley for her, sometime during the Silver Millenium, both she and her planet, along with all of the people on it, vanished completely and there has never been an explanation as to why it happened.
