Neutron Protector Phase, Make-Up: Hinote, with the use
of her talisman (The Pendant of Heroines), says the phrase to
transform into the Protector of the Galaxy, Sailor Neutron.
The Phoebus Blade: A long sword, with a golden blade and
an emerald hilt. This is Neutron's signature weapon. She uses
it to channel her Psynergy for attacks, and to hack and slash.
The Barrette of Sensitivity: The barrette Neutron wears
to hold her ponytail is really an early warning system! It is
linked to her mind, and warns her if something is attacking from
behind. Very similar to Spiderman's spider-sense.
Galactic Lightning: Neutron's first attack, where she stretched
her palms out, and releases bolts of electricity. This attack
is powerful, but only can wound an enemy.
Psynergy Mind-Bolt: With the use of The Phoebus Blade,
Neutron can channel a single bolt of Psynergy towards her opponent.
This causes the enemy to be stunned for a mere moment.
Psynergy Barrage: Neutron's final attack, where the 'Blade
is enveloped in a powerful aura of Psynergy. Leaping high above
the enemy, she slashes down, cleaving the enemy in two. The enemy
then is completely obliterated from the release of the energy.
Hinote was born on an uncharted world, the daughter of a king
and his mistress. Worried about the scandal that would be wrought
by him "dabbling in foreign affairs", he sent Hinote
and her mother away, to live in the Horseshoe Nebula. Supplied
with funds from her father, the two lived in good standards on
an unknown planet. Hinote grew up into a normal teenage girl.
However, her life of normalcy was shattered when a "talent
scout" for the Company discovered her potential for being
a sailor soldierand her latent power over Psynergy, the potential
energy of the mind.
Parting from her mother in tears, Hinote was given her Pendant,
and trained in the use of Psynergy under the guidance of Isis
and Apollo, two guardians who were grooming her for leadership
of the fledging Alliance.
Since then, Hinote has leaded the Alliance alpha squad. She is
supplied with a weekly paycheck by the Company and extra bonuses
for mercenary jobs. Heck, she can even take paid vacations, to
any planet she wants. However, there 's a deep gnawing at the
back of her mind. A singular question that haunts her very thoughts:
