Wing Power, Energize!: This is her transformation. Wings surround her, and in a flash
of green light, she is shown in her fuku.
Feather Fury!: Wings appear on the back of Sailor Wing, and she takes two handfuls of feathers from them. She takes them, spreading them out like a fan, and then sends the feathers towards her enemies.
Saber of the Wing!: She materiallizes a saber in her hands, and she'll use it for melee combat... one of her specialties.

Bio:

Tenko has two personalities... one is her usual calmness as a civilian, the other is her form of Sailor Wing, a natural born fighter with an attitude. As Tenko, she lives in a residential area somewhere in the southern limits of Tokyo and attends a private school where she excels in English (both the grammar and second language courses), and performs poorly in math and physical education. Tenko is usually silent, and is prone to daydream of being in a perfect future. That all changed when she met a calico cat named Hikari and must time-share her body with Sailor Wing, a Senshi from a virtual world who protects that world from power-hungry
psychics and is the only one who can access to the Matrix, an orb that has been long lost and whoever holds it becomes a powerful monarch. When Tenko transforms Sailor Wing, she loses her sane touch and becomes merciless when it comes to fighting. This causes her to be hard to get along with her team-mates, and although she's the leader, she's independent.
