Powers:
Her powers are the same as those of Sailor Pluto, although the Time Staff was made by Sailor Cosmos to be a bit smaller and easier to carry.
Bio:
Kaiya is the second child of Sailor Pluto, about a year after her older brother, Hallen. She is very close to him and tends to cling a bit rather than socialize with the other Chibi Senshi. After losing her energy to the Galaxy Cauldron, Setsuna now remains confined to a shrine where she is able to live on as a ghost through the use of Cosmos' power. Setsuna was able to sense that the battle of the Galaxy Caludron might be her last, but was still willing to go through with it to protect the future. Kaiya greatly admires her mother and hopes to follow in her footsteps as a strong soldier. However, she also shares her mother sense of loneliness and often avoids becoming close to people she fears may abandon her.
