Mercury Is Born"
How she got the transformation: In this episode, Sasami
was fighting alongside the Sailor Scouts when she got hit hard
by the monster. Mini Saturn and Mercury then noticed that the
sign of Mini Mercury was on Sasami's forehead. (You know, before
she got the pen to transform, she transformed into Mini Mercury
when the time was right.) Luna saw it, too, and conjured up Sasami's
pen. She found it odd that a cat could talk when Luna told her
to shout "Mercury Prism Power!", but she did, and the
next moment, she had transformed into Sailor Mini Mercury.
Second Transformation

Phase 1 Attacks
First Attack

Name: Ice Wave
Japanese Command: "Icy Wave!"
English Command: "Mercury Ice Wave Blast!"
What the attack does: This is my first attack. As I yell
this phrase, I twirl around in a full circle, and then I throw
a wave of ice water at the enemy, encasing it in a block of ice.
(Now I know why I'm the senshi of ice!)
Second Attack
Name: Ice Beam
Japanese Command: "Ice Beam, Away!"
English Command: "Mercury Ice Beam!"
What it does: My personal favorite, I yell my phrase, then
I touch the jewel on my tiara. After it stops glowing, a powerful
ice beam shoots from the jewel, turning whatever it touches into
a 14-karat ice statue. (No pun intended.)
Phase 2 Attacks
First Attack
Name: Icy Illusion
Japanese Command: "Icy Illusion!"
English Command: "Mercury Shine Icy Illusion!"
What it does: It's basically the same as Amy's Shine Aqua
Illusion, but this one's more potent- and powerful.
Sailor Mini Mercury's Talisman
Name: Ice Mirror
Japanese Command: "Icy Reflection!"
English Command: "Mercury Icy Reflection!"
