both powers from her mother (Sailor Outer moon) and her father
which is the prince of Pluto. She combines her haratiges to
create a portal that sucks in monsters and distroys thier souls
leaving the easialy beaten shell.

Kou is a quiet child at first but once she recives her senshi
powers she turns cold. Her mother is Princess Anastasia Crystal
of Outer moon and Prince Adonis Meioh of the planet Pluto. Sailor
Neo Saturn and Sailor Chibi-Moon are her closest friends. In the
future, a enemy attacks, possesing everyone causeing her to take
drastic measures. She is very opionated at times and take after
her mother. Her family is also consiting of her Aunt and uncles,
Serena (usagi), Darien (Mamoru), and prince Tranquility, plus
her grandmother, Sailor Pluto. Due to her heritage, Kou is also
known as the child of lost souls.
