Bio:
She is one out of five rules of a large planet called Kutatsu, which was made up of both demons and humans alike. They have lived quite harmoniously for many years. Until, an evil Vampire lord named Zenya that came from a parallel dimension had taken over and the four rulers were exiled to planet earth, as for Neko, she plays as his slave. Now, her and her friends that must get back to Kutatsu, in order to save their people from Zenya\'s Graps.

Doragon\'s tear- This attack looks something like Sailor Mercury. Only she forms a tear which summons a ice tidel wave around her and gathers it in her hand. Finally, she forms it into an arrow, yells doe and fires. Transformation- She calls out Kitty make up transform! Spins around, the water surrounds her body which forms an arua around her body and it forms into her scout uniform.
