She was the Princess of a Star Colony in the constellation Draco, but darkness swept all life away. She swore revenge, and was reborn on Earth. She lives with her Aunt. Morganna had only been eight when her parents drowned in the horrific storm at sea, somehow she was the only one to survive. She still has no memory of it at all. Her childhood friend and fellow senshi is Katherine. She loves to read, is very energic, and loves cats. She\'s mysterious and intelligent.

In her ultimate senshi form she has wings made of fire and can instant teleport.
An ancient sword with the hilt covered in rubies and diamonds and a silver balde. Chanting ancient words, she can use the sword to conjure black fire that can destroy anything and is very hard to put out.
Banshee’s Call - with a song she conjure the blinding light of a star for a few moments.
Star Fire! - Calls up regular fire.
Dracana Hurricane! - creates a harsh wind, like great dragons beating their wings, that are hurricane strength.
She has healing abilities, but they use up alot of her energy so she only uses them in life threatening situations. She can summon dragons.
Transformation: Ruby Constellation Transformation! - She is surrounded by a bright ruby ancient light, warm and full of fire. Sailor fuku with a
skirt of Ruby Red and Black, a long black tail bow and a
black front bow with a ruby gem surrounded by a golden
dragon at its center. A ruby chocker also with a golden
dragon lay on her neck and a black tiara with a ruby gem
lay on her forehead.
