Izumi was at a special waterpark where you could swim with the animals, and when she was about to jump into the dolphi pool, she slipped on water and fell into the shark tank, where you were not allowed to go. She was about to be atacked by a shark with a strange, red glow in it\'s eyes, when a blue-violet crystal appeared infront of her, transforming her into Sailor Europa. She shot out of the water, into the air and landed on top of a water tower. It was then she decided that her destiny was to destroy evil, recalling when she had been saved by Sailor Moon one year ago.

Europa Stardust transformation!- She uses this to transform into Sailor Europa
Ice crystal tornado!- Sailor Europa calls on the water vapor in the air, freezing it into crystals and sends it at her enemy in a swirling tornado.
Lava Vien shot!- She calls upon the lava deep in the earth and sends it shooting up at her enemy.
Europa Elemental Blast!- She summons the elements fire, water, and ice and sends them at her enemy. This is her ultimente attack and she can only use it when Europa is in a precise position to the sun.
Water Whirl Spinner- Water is gathered into a sphere in her hands and shot at the enemy in a swirling pattern.
Rainbow ribbon!- this is her weapon, a tall staff with a long ribbon on it. She uses it in tandum with her other attacks
